This activity has been submitted to the Georgia Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. The Georgia Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

If you cannot download the above forms, please contact GNESA at info@gnesa.org to request copies. Once your online registration and deposit are received, you will receive a verification email from GNESA with the required document links.
 
Please note: to ensure timely delivery, please fax or email the required documents for training as soon as possible. Documents are due by January 6, 2015
 
Please do not send any SANE paperwork to the Atlanta address.
 
Deposit is $200 for GA residents or those practicing in the state of Georgia and $300 for all others. Payable via PayPal (PayPal fee may apply) or via money order made payable to GNESA.
The $200 fee (minus any PayPal fees if applicable) will be refunded to GA residents or those practicing in the state of Georgia after completion of the didactic and clinical portions of the training as scheduled. The $300 fee for all others is non-refundable.
If you are interested in becoming a SANE nurse but are unable to pay the $200 deposit at this time, please contact GNESA to discuss your training options.
 
Please note that GNESA is no longer accepting personal checks. You may submit payment via money order made payable to GNESA or via PayPal. Business checks will be accepted with prior approval only.
 
You will not be eligible to attend training until you have registered online and all documents and deposits are received by GNESA.
 
*ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE DUE TO GNESA PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE TRAINING. DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF OR AT THE TRAINING SITE.
